Rally Horizon is developed and published by Hasan Seker (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Rally Horizon mobile application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Service is licensed, not sold.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Exploit bugs or cheats
  • Use unauthorized third-party tools
  • Sell, rent, or redistribute the Service

3. Accounts & Platform Services

The Service may integrate with:

  • Google Play Games
  • Apple Game Center
  • Cloud save services

Authentication is handled by the respective platform providers.

4. Virtual Items & Purchases

The Service may include:

  • In-app purchases
  • Virtual currency
  • Subscription features

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your store account settings.

All sales are final except where required by law.

5. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements.
We are not responsible for third-party content or offers.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
